The flat was really great. Totally as described and everything was provided down to the last detail. Also, basics in the fridge (water, milk), basics in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel etc). Good beds and pillows. Close to the metro station, but also within walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences. There is a big supermarket nearby. Super communication with the hosts. You feel they do it with love and care. Nothing is too much for them and they are always ready to help: changing towels, tips for rainy days with the kids… I could always turn to them. Very transparent and pleasant communication.

The Mosaic flat was the best choice we could have made in Valencia, us, 2 adults and a child of 4 years old. Spotlessly clean, bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, fantastic location 5 minutes from Ayora metro. Communication with the host was more than wonderful, we communicated daily, I would recommend this apartment, grade 10 plus to anyone! Everything is new, clean, modern! Thank you!!!

I would like to thank the host for making our stay very comfortable and exceeding our expectations. When we arrived, the instructions we were given were simple and the flat was exactly as described, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary beach towels as the weather was very hot and the beach is a short bus ride away. The host provided us with all the necessary toiletries and amenities for daily use e.g. bottles of water, milk, coffee pods, cooking oil, laundry pods to name a few. The flat had Netflix/Disney, which we also used. It was very modern and matched the description perfectly. There are a few cafes and a Lidl nearby, public transport was very good, just a short walk to the station and bus stops that can take you to the city centre in 20 minutes or to the beach in about 15 minutes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the host, it was a pleasure to use the Mosaic flat and I will recommend your services in the future.

One of the best stays I’ve had so far! The flat is super clean, modern and very tastefully furnished. Water, milk, iron and all kitchen utensils were already available, we were very surprised. Arrival was even an hour earlier and without complications. After arrival, we could even leave our bags in the tent next to the host, which is super sweet! The location is also super central. Definitely a recommendation, wish they had stayed longer!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay, thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the host. They kindly allowed us to arrive several hours early, which gave us extra time to enjoy the city. The flat itself is spotless, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find water, milk, coffee and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival. The host even provided beach towels and make-up removal products, which added a thoughtful touch to our stay. It was an extremely successful and enjoyable visit, thank you for everything!

The flat was great! Mosaic has been very accommodating, allowing us to arrive earlier and leave later to coincide with our flights. Some sweets and a fridge full of water bottles were waiting for us in the flat, appreciated in the heat of the city. Everything was spotless, the flat was always cool thanks to the air conditioning.
